Selective Memory

How often do we pick and choose which parts of our history to remember? We vividly recall our grievances yet conveniently forget the countless times the Lord has redeemed us from the house of bondage. Today, the prophet Micah invites us into a divine courtroom where the mountains themselves stand as witnesses. The Lord has a complaint against His people—not to destroy them, but to jog their spiritual memory. Under the theme "Selective Memory," we are called to examine what we have chosen to forget about God’s requirements and His redeeming love. As we gather in His presence, let us lay aside our defenses and humbly listen to what He has shown us is good.
