Soul Food that Actually Satisfies
We know what it is to feel hungry—not only in the stomach, but in the soul. We chase after things we hope will fill us: success, comfort, entertainment, approval, control. Yet even when we get what we wanted, the emptiness often remains. Through Isaiah, the Lord calls to thirsty, hungry sinners and invites them to receive what cannot be bought and what this world cannot provide. His invitation is generous, urgent, and free. As we gather for worship, we come with empty hands and needy hearts, ready to hear the gracious voice of our God. He alone provides soul food that actually satisfies.
