Jerusalem Alive and Well
There are times when the Church feels more like a memory than a movement – when joy seems distant and spiritual weariness weighs heavy. But today, God invites us to see through different eyes. Through the prophet Isaiah, He gives us a surprising picture: not ruins, but renewal; not despair, but deep and lasting comfort. He speaks to His people as a loving mother, promising peace that flows like a river and a joy that makes even weary hearts flourish. As we gather, may we come ready to be nourished – not by our own efforts, but by the living presence of Christ among us. The Church is not dying. She is alive and well, because Jesus lives.
