All Saints
What is a saint? In common language, a really nice person is often called a saint. In Roman Catholic theology, a saint is a person who has done so many good things in this life that their good works more than make up for their sins. But what does it really mean to be a saint? And do I need to be a saint in order to be right with God? And if so, how do I become a saint? These are questions that our reading from Revelation 7 helps us to answer. Today we are transported to the throne room of God where we see a multitude of people dressed in white – a multitude we will join one day, singing praises to our God forever.
