Thanksgiving in the Wilderness
Today, we come together to give thanks to the Lord, who has richly provided for us in both the wilderness and abundance of our lives. Like Israel in the desert, we have faced humbling trials and received daily mercies. God teaches us through these experiences to trust Him as our sustainer and to remember that "man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God" (Deuteronomy 8:3). As we worship, may our hearts overflow with gratitude for His faithful provision, His loving discipline, and the eternal hope we have in Christ.
