Remembrance of Me
At a glance, the Lord’s Supper may look simple—bread and wine, a quiet moment at the altar. But tonight, we remember it’s so much more. Instituted by Jesus on the night He was betrayed, this Sacrament is a powerful proclamation of His death and the forgiveness He won for us. As we gather, the Lord calls us to pause, reflect, and truly remember—not just with our minds, but with hearts full of faith. In this sacred meal, Jesus meets us with His very body and blood, offering release from guilt and peace for troubled hearts. Tonight, we remember Him—and in doing so, we receive His life-giving gifts.
