Learning with Littles is an educational playgroup for moms (or dads or other caregivers) and their little ones ages 0-6 where they can learn and play together.
Part storytime, part music class, part playground fun, and a whole lot of quality time with your little one!
Connect, Share, and Play
We all need a tribe on this motherhood journey—other moms that we can talk to and bounce ideas off of, who know what it’s like and can say “yep, my little one has done that too.” And sometimes you just need to get out of the house and let the kids run around.

Common Questions
Who is Learning with Littles for?
Caregivers (moms/dads/aunties/grandparents) and their children aged 0-6. Homeschool mamas, while the material and activities are geared toward young children, your older kids are welcome to attend with you.
When is Learning with Littles held?
We meet 10:30-11:30 am on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month September-May (no session the 4th Friday of December). If you come a little early, you might get to see our school students finishing up their first recess of the day. 🙂
Where do we meet?
Sessions take place at Immanuel Lutheran Church and School on the back lawn. (We’ll be outside for the entire session—circle time, craft and free play.) We have playground equipment, toddler toys, and a large, fenced in play area. You can park near the back of the parking lot and come to the back gate to our spacious, fenced in schoolyard.
How much does it cost?
Our sessions are free! A small snack is provided, as well as a craft for the kids to do.
What should I bring?
Some moms bring a stroller with big wheels (we’ll be outside on the lawn the entire time). A small snack is provided, but you might like to bring a water bottle for yourself or your little one.
What will we do?
We’ll start on the provided lawn blankets with circle time for 15-20 minutes. The teacher will lead songs, stories and activities that moms can do with their kiddos. Then we’ll have 40 minutes of free play time—a themed craft, toddler toys, baby swings and slide, sensory bin, etc. A snack is also provided for the littles!
I heard there will be songs…what if I can’t sing?
No worries! Your child doesn’t mind and they’ll love that you help them do the actions (clapping hands, etc) to join in.
What if my kiddo is having a bad day?
It’s ok! We’ve all been there. We have a large space, so it’s easy to step aside for a while. You and your child can rejoin the group whenever they’re ready.
